This Ain't The Album Photo Recap
It's been a little while since I've had the chance to get back to the Big Apple, so this trip down there for Brodie Fresh's listening party was much needed. We arrived at Ethik Clothing Co.'s NYC based flagship store around 6PM to get everything together and setup for a 7-8ish 'doors open' time. The guest list was kept well under 50 people for a smaller, more intimate showcasing of the new project. The evening started out slow, but eventually gained momentum as more and more guests filed through the doors and into the shop. The track list, which was performed live, started this same way - conscious style rap touching on morals & stories that gradually gave way to the small crowd chanting the hook, "Oh no no no" in unison to Brodie's latest 'turn-up' style anthem, "Oh No".
This Friday Brodie Fresh is live at The Met in Pawtucket, RI with Alex Wiley. Purchase Tickets here.
